Courtney Davies, President and Chief Executive Officer
Courtney Davies leads the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation in the fight against childhood brain cancer. A solutions-oriented fundraising and development executive, she brings to her role more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience and a consistent record of accomplishment in organizational growth, fundraising, donor development, strategic planning, and volunteer and staff management.
Ian Joyce, Chief Marketing and Mission Experience Officer
Ian Joyce leads the PBTF's work to grow awareness of the devastating impact of pediatric brain tumors and mobilize and unite patient families and supporters to advance our mission of a world without childhood brain cancer. Ian has more than three decades experience as a marketing strategist, leader in digital transformation and advisor to nonprofits.
Geoff Still, Chief Financial & Operating Officer
Geoff Still is responsible for all finance and administration functions of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, including financial reporting, investment strategy, human resources and information technology. He brings more than 21 years of experience in finance and operations to his role.
Tammy Bates, National Director of Development Operations
Tammy Bates leads PBTF’s development operations strategy, supporting the foundation’s fundraising operations, infrastructure, and analytics, building out platforms for improving donor stewardship and engagement, and overseeing the development and elevation of PBTF’s digital fundraising strategies, annual appeal campaigns, grants, and new revenue-generating programs.
Amanda Hicken, National Director of Brand Strategy and Integrated Marketing
Amanda Hicken (she/her) leads PBTF's brand excellence, communications, and marketing strategies to increase awareness of the deadliest and most common form of cancer in kids under 15 and strengthen PBTF's position as the world's nonprofit leader dedicated to children and teens battling brain tumors.
Robert E. McNamara, National Director of Fundraising and Community Engagement
Bob McNamara is responsible for the leadership of PBTF’s national signature fundraising campaigns and special events, volunteer and community relationships, and managing the foundation’s fundraising staff. He brings over 20 years of business and nonprofit management experience to this role.
Kathy Riley, MPH, CHES, Vice President of Family Support
Kathy Riley leads the foundation's efforts to develop and execute family support programs for the more than 28,000 patients and families impacted by a pediatric brain tumor diagnosis.
Amy Weinstein, National Director of Research Investment and Advocacy
Amy Weinstein is responsible for managing PBTF’s research investment portfolio and advocacy initiatives in pursuit of the foundation’s mission to accelerate the number of targeted therapies for children battling brain tumors today.
